Hi, I’m Jess Sherriff. I’m a therapist who believes that getting started with care should feel clear, supportive, and human. My role isn’t to shrink you down into a diagnosis — it’s to create space for your full self, your needs, and your next steps.

I don’t provide long-term therapy. Instead, I walk with you at the very beginning of your journey, helping you:

  • Clarify your needs and priorities

  • Learn about different kinds of therapy and resources in plain language

  • Explore what feels important to you in a therapist or support system

  • Create a personalized plan for moving forward with confidence

Think of this as creating breathing room — so you can begin without the overwhelm.
